Sunnuntaina tein tilauksen ja torstaina matto oli jo kotona, vaikka maanantai oli pyhäpäivä. Matto vastasi kuvausta erinomaisesti. Olin todella yllättynyt nopeasta ja hyvästä palvelusta.

Verkkosivuilla tilauksenteko oli hieman kankeaa.
Yksi poimittu tuote ei ollut enää myynnissä ja yhden hinta oli väärin (oli 619 € piti olla 61,90) ja koska automaattinen systeemi niin en voinut ostaa sitä.

Matto on sävyltään täysin eri kuin kuvassa. Kuvassa kellertävä, luonnossa beige. Onneksi kyseinen värisävy kuitenkin sopi meille erinomaisesti.

I found a moth from the package, grose!

CarpetVistan vastaus : We are extremely sorry to hear about this most unfortunate situation and can assure you that it is by far not up to the standards set by our company. At present we can only speculate on the reasons behind it and will obviously do everything to put it right. The warehouse staff have been informed about the incident and will conduct an investigation to see if there was something faulty in the batch of these carpets that was recently received and also who was present at the packing station that day. We would appreciate if you could send us a photo of this moth so we have documentation to provide our supplier with and also to see if there are indeed any other carpets at the warehouse that were laying closing to this one that could be affected. We have fortunately never experienced such a situation, and have regular moth controls to ensure none of our carpets are affected, but obviously with your carpet something is far from right. We would like to assure you that we take this very seriously so as soon as we have received the photo and extra information from you we will be able to conduct a proper investigation.
